Insurance

Players and Officials are covered by the Associations insurance scheme once registered by the Club. Players are encouraged to wear mouthguards and wear shin protection to minimise the risk of injury. If you wish to make a claim you can :

  • Download the claim form from the BHA website www.bha.org.au
  • Contact the insurer on 3367 5160
    • Register your claim
    1. They will mail you a claim form
    • Complete the form and have it endorsed by the appropriate Club official
    • Return it to them
  • Logon to the insurer's web site at www.ieasport.com.au
    • Register your claim
    • Complete the claim form on line
